Paramount Home Health Care LLC is looking for a dependable, compassionate, responsible and making a difference home health aide to provide one-on-one total care for a female client in Dade City, Florida.
This is an opportunity for someone seeking a part-time position or additional hours. Female caregivers are encouraged to apply.
Schedule:- Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, & Thursday
- 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 5 hours per day | 4 days per week | Approximately 20 hours per week
- Provide total care to the patient
- Follow the patient’s established Plan of Care
- Monitor the patient’s condition and maintain a safe environment
- Administer medications as ordered and within the applicable scope of practice
- Assist with proper positioning and repositioning
- Complete all required documentation
- Communicate effectively regarding the patient’s care and condition
- Dependable, reliable, and punctual
- Caring, respectful, compassionate, and responsible
- Ability to provide companionship, guidance, and supervision while maintaining a safe and supportive environment
- Reliable transportation to and from work
