• Perform a variety of massage modalities and body treatments according to Spa Lilliana standards and guest preferences.
• Conduct thorough guest consultations to assess individual needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and tranquil environment that promotes relaxation and wellness.
• Ensure every guest receives personalized attention and exceptional service throughout their spa experience.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Customize treatments based on guest goals, health conditions, and wellness objectives.
• Educate guests on treatment benefits, wellness practices, and self-care recommendations.
• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and wellness innovations.

• Prepare treatment rooms before and after services to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained.
• Maintain proper sanitation and infection‑control procedures in accordance with state regulations and company standards.
• Accurately document guest information and treatment notes as required.
• Assist with spa opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain inventory levels of treatment supplies and communicate replenishment needs.

• Recommend retail products and additional services that enhance guest wellness goals.
• Support spa revenue goals through exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Participate in team meetings, training programs, and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists, estheticians, and spa team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.

• Current Florida Massage Therapy License required.
• Graduation from an accredited Massage Therapy program.
• Previous spa, resort, hotel, or wellness center experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury hospitality environments is a plus.
• CPR certification preferred.
