You will be working on-site at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Sarasota, Florida, which is equipped with the latest therapeutic technologies and rehabilitation tools. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to create customized treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor physical therapy interventions, adjusting plans as necessary based on patient progress and feedback.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to treat a wide range of patients, ensuring alignment with their individual care plans.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic care in both individual and group settings, utilizing techniques tailored to specific diagnoses.
• Educate patients and caregivers on effective therapeutic techniques and long-term management strategies for their health conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and maximize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Document patient progress thoroughly and accurately, meeting established utilization goals and administrative procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program is required.
• Must possess a current state license in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in computer systems and documentation software.
• A passion for physical therapy and a strong desire to build relationships and connect positively with patients and their families.

Candidates with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program will be preferred. Additionally, at least two years of clinical experience in a similar setting is desirable, along with a current CPR certification, to ensure the highest level of care for our patients.
