The Agency for Health Care Administration seeks a Health Services and Facilities Consultant to join its Hospital and Outpatient Services Unit. The role involves regulating health care providers and facilities, processing licensure and Medicare certification applications, providing technical assistance to providers, and coordinating with internal and federal agencies. The position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in an office environment.
Keyqualifications:
- Two or more years of professional experience in health care delivery systems, health care administration, or health care regulation
- Knowledge of health care delivery systems and program planning/evaluation methodologies
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make recommendations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, database and desktop publishing software
- Ability to work cooperatively as a team member and independently
