At Adolescent Wellness Academy, we help teens feel understood, build confidence, and find a path forward—with their families alongside them. As a Primary Therapist in our growing Boca program, you’ll guide adolescents ages 13–17 through PHP/IOP treatment
, providing hands‑on clinical care and helping strengthen our village.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy
  .
• Complete assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Build trust with teens and keep families engaged in care.
• Collaborate with psychiatry and the clinical team.
• Support crisis response, discharge planning, and aftercare.
• Keep clinical documentation accurate and timely.

• Florida Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT
  .
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy.
• Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese
  .
• 2+ years of adolescent mental health or PHP/IOP experience
  .
• Confidence leading groups and navigating family dynamics.
• Availability to work on-site in Boca, Monday–Friday, 12–8 PM
  .
