As an Occupational Therapist (Per Diem) with our skilled nursing facility, you'll play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their highest level of independence and well-being. With a scenic lakefront location in Lake Placid, FL, our 180-bed center offers a full continuum of care, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, memory care, and respite services.

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to enhance residents' functional abilities and independence
• Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and treatment sessions to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Participate in staff training and education programs to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

• Our Per Diem Occupational Therapist position offers the flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, with varying shifts and schedules to suit your needs and preferences
• Work closely with a dynamic and compassionate team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and support staff
