PRN Caregiver

What You’ll DoAs an in-home caregiver, you’ll provide personalized care that helps seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Every client is different, so we focus heavily on caregiver/client matching and setting caregivers up for success.

Responsibilities may include:

Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

Companionship and emotional support

Meal preparation and light housekeeping

Medication reminders

Transportation to appointments or errands

Dementia support and supervision

Monitoring safety and changes in condition

Accurate documentation and communication with the office teamPRN Scheduling ExpectationsPRN caregivers are not required to maintain full-time availability, but we do ask for:

Dependability and professionalism

Consistent communication with scheduling staff

Willingness to pick up shifts when available

Minimum availability of approximately 1–4 shifts per month

Some weekend availability preferred

Requirements Current Florida CNA license OR HHA certificate

Current CPR certification

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude

Dementia or hands-on care experience preferred but not required for all cases
