We are currently looking for a Guest Services Representative to join our Front Desk team at the Hampton Inn & Suites, Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch. Our newly renovated hotel has 102 guest suites and serves a daily complimentary breakfast to our guests.

• Serve as the face of the hotel and provide superior service to all guests.
• Greet guests and complete the check‑in/check‑out procedure through the Property Management System, obtaining and storing pertinent information.
• Handle cash, credit card information, and goods at the property.
• Identify the needs of each guest and provide relevant information about hotel services and amenities, creating an accommodating environment.
• Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner.
• Take reservations from incoming callers, input information into the hotel management system, and update or cancel reservations as requested.
• Work full‑time shifts, including weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Shifts vary from 7 am to 3 pm, 10 am to 6 pm, or 3 pm to 11 pm; flexibility is required.

• Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
• The Hilton experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Computer knowledge, including intranet, Property Management System, Word, and Excel, is strongly preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving history, subject to company approval.
