We are the TouchPoint Support Services division of Ascension Health, serving hospitals and healthcare facilities across the U.S. Our mission is to support healing through clean, safe, and welcoming environments.

Performs light cleaning duties in hotels, restaurants, and hospitals. Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms, and vacuuming.

• Provides quality customer service with one‑on‑one attention to detail.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops, and polishes floors.
• Vacuum, shampoo, and polish carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings.
• Cleans metal fixtures, trash containers, wash basins, mirrors, tubs, showers, and glass surfaces.
• Makes up beds and changes linens as required.
• Responds to guest queries, requests, and housekeeping problems.
• Contributes to team efforts; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
