Job Description

To promote Omni and Heron's Cove Mini Golf to our resort guests, club members and the surrounding community.

Responsibilities Essential Functions:
  • Maintain a clean and safe mini golf course
  • Keep the rental station organized and clean
  • Manage with fair play and sportsman‑like conduct
  • Develop tournament formats and implement fun activities for all visitors
  • Maintain golf clubs, balls, and course to meet guest standards
  • Responsible for the inventory of the hut as well as displays
  • Responsible for Point of Sales system, cash handling, and cash drawer management
  • Accountable for maintaining a clean and sanitary station for F&B items
  • Knowledge of mini golf and equipment
Hotel Specific Functions:
  • Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotels culture, rules, and regulations
  • Answer phones using the proper "Moments of Service" scenario
  • Provide guests with cheerful, personable, efficient service
  • Responsible for a clean and professional appearance of uniforms
  • Fully understand and implement "Moments of Service" and "Power of Engagement"
  • Interact with every guest using Omni Standards
  • Knowledgeable about all hotel amenities and property specifics
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Able to lift 30-50 pounds
  • Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to hear and have good or corrected vision
  • Associate must be able to communicate verbally to our guests
  • Able to multitask effectively
