Responsibilities- Register arriving guests, complete appropriate paperwork, and obtain payment information.
- Settle account balances of departing guests by accepting payment and handling the cash drawer.
- Engage guests in property promotions and amenities to help them enjoy all casino/hotel offers.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests and concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist the Bell Concierge with delivery as necessary.
- Act as team support to all other Hotel Operations—specifically Bell, Facilities, and Housekeeping—to ensure operations run smoothly and guest expectations are exceeded.
Positions require regular standing, walking, and high mobility during the shift. Candidates must be able to handle varying background noise, walk across surface types, and, when required, move small objects or items overhead. Physical requirements include lifting up to 20 pounds, pushing or pulling wheeled equipment up to 100 pounds, and occasionally raising waist-high loads. Use of de‑escalation techniques and assistance in emergency evacuation is also necessary in some situations.
Working conditions may include exposure to bodily fluids, strong odors, second‑hand smoke, and visiting animals.
The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference is given to Seminole Tribe members meeting the job requirements; second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes meeting the job requirements.
RequiredFinal candidates will be required to obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations before an offer is extended. Background checks may include a credit check, criminal background check, and drug screening.
