• Lead Quality Control:
  Inspect guest rooms, suites, and public areas daily to ensure our signature standards of immaculate presentation are met without exception.
• Mentor and Empower:
  Supervise, schedule, and inspire our housekeeping team, fostering an encouraging culture where everyone can succeed.
• Drive Efficiency:
  Manage room turnover tracking, coordinate inventory and linen supplies, and partner seamlessly with Front Desk and Maintenance teams to deliver flawless arrivals.
• Champion Safety & Standards:
  Maintain Lost & Found protocols and ensure all safety, sanitation, and brand compliance standards are consistently enforced.

• Experience:
  
  Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel environment, with leadership or lead‑inspector background strongly preferred.
• A Passion for Excellence: A meticulous eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to cleanliness and service.
• A Coach’s Mentality:
  Strong communication skills and a genuine love for supporting, training, and uplifting team members.
• Flexibility:
  Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to support our dynamic 24/7 operations.
