We are seeking a friendly, energetic, polished, and customer-service-driven Rover to join the team at Arte, a luxury condominium in Surfside.

The ideal candidate is bubbly, approachable, well-spoken, and professional , with the ability to provide an exceptional resident and guest experience while maintaining an active presence throughout the property.

This position is ideal for someone who understands that working within a luxury residential environment requires excellent presentation, attention to detail, discretion, and outstanding customer service .

• Conduct regular roving patrols throughout the property and designated areas
• Maintain a visible, attentive, and professional presence
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors
• Professionally assist with resident and guest questions or requests
• Monitor the property and promptly report concerns or unusual activity according to site procedures
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, guests, management, and team members
• Maintain the high standards of presentation and service expected in a luxury condominium environment

• Previous concierge, front desk, hospitality, or luxury residential experience required
• Friendly, bubbly, approachable, and service-oriented personality
• Well-groomed, clean, polished, and professional appearance
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable walking and remaining active throughout an overnight shift
• Dependable, punctual, observant, and attentive to detail
• Able to maintain professionalism and discretion when interacting with residents and guests
• Comfortable working independently while remaining part of a team

Wednesday through Sunday
12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

$18.00 per hour

We are looking for more than someone who can patrol the property.

The right candidate should combine an active security presence with luxury-level hospitality , creating a welcoming and professional experience during every resident and guest interaction.

Main change: I repositioned the requisition from Front Desk/Concierge to Rover , while keeping concierge/front-desk experience as a qualification because it supports the luxury customer-service standard you want for Arte.
