We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team! In this role, you'll help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests by maintaining guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to resort standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, replenish towels, and restock guest amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize furniture, floors, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces.
• Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness, maintenance concerns, and missing or damaged items.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items according to resort procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, cleaning supplies, and equipment in a clean and organized condition.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously while respecting guest privacy.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures, chemical handling guidelines, and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with Housekeeping leadership and other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals.

• At least one year of previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team.
• Friendly, professional attitude with a commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Dependability, time management skills, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform physically active cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling housekeeping equipment.
• Availability to work morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
