Our client, a leading energy company, is seeking an experienced Recruiter II to join their dynamic Human Resources team. This contract position offers the opportunity to work with a Fortune 500 organization known for innovation and excellence in the energy sector. You'll play a key role in talent acquisition, focusing on both technical and non-technical recruiting activities while supporting college relations and high school development programs.

• Perform comprehensive recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Develop and maintain tracking and applicant flow processes
• Collaborate with search firms, employment agencies, and manage job postings across various platforms
• Maintain strong college and high school relations through coordinated recruitment activities
• Provide guidance on federal, state, and corporate policies to ensure compliant hiring practices
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure consistent recruitment strategies
• Focus on recruiting for technical (IT) positions and other professional roles

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in exempt and non-exempt staffing
• Strong background in recruiting for technical (IT) positions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently

• SPHR or PHR certification
• Experience working with multi-functional areas
• Excellent knowledge of HR operations and administration
• Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills

• Competitive hourly rate of $46/hour
