Overview

Job location - Bhiwandi/ Hyderabad

• Hands-on experience across the entire gamut of HR functions including recruitment, IR, generalist responsibilities, and employee welfare.
• Implementation and periodic review of policies.
• Maintain accurate C&B information of employees.
• Implement training and development initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate grievances and mediate workplace disputes.
• Attract, retain and develop talent to support growth and business success.
• Implement PMS initiatives across the organization.
• Design and implement associate engagement initiatives.
• Ensure employees are covered under group insurance/ESIC schemes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements relating to employees/workmen including PF, CLRAA, MATHADI, .
• Industrial relations – handle unions/collective bargaining and maintain a cordial industrial environment.
• Work with HODs to develop headcount plans.
• Ensure efficient and effective talent management programs in place.
• Follow up on employees' claim settlements.
• Internal communication of key events and information in an appropriate manner.
• Act as counselor for employees and address their issues.
• Fluency in local language.
