We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Human Resources Coordinator to join our Skilled Nursing Facility in Starke, Florida
. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position with an immediate opening

This role is critical to ensuring smooth financial operations, employee onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day administrative support within our facility.

Human Resources Coordinator Duties

• Coordinate recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and orientation of new employees

• Maintain employee files and HR documentation in compliance with labor laws

• Track timekeeping, attendance, and benefits enrollment

• Support payroll processes and employee relations

• Assist with audits, surveys, and compliance reporting

• Previous experience in management, HR Coordinating, or similar role (healthcare or skilled nursing preferred)

• Knowledge of long-term care regulations
  , and HR compliance

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

• Proficiency with onboarding, training, orientation, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
