Key Responsibilities- Execute full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and non-technical positions
- Develop and implement college relations and high school partnership programs
- Partner with search firms and employment agencies to identify top talent
- Create and manage applicant tracking and flow processes
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Coordinate recruitment activities with HR officers for policy consistency
- Provide guidance to managers and supervisors on federal and corporate policies
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in exempt and non-exempt staffing
- Strong background in recruiting for technical (IT) positions preferred
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of HR operations and administration
- High standards of integrity and reliability
- Ability to work extended hours and meet attendance requirements
- Competitive pay rate up to $45/hour (depending on experience)
