Location: Tallahassee
Personnel Liaison Specialist supporting the Florida Department of Health's Division of Children's Medical Services with human resource management tasks. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding, processing HR tickets, maintaining organizational charts, monitoring timesheets, and providing HR guidance to staff and supervisors. The position is located in Tallahassee and is not remote.
Key qualifications:- Currently employed by Department of Health
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of management principles and human resource procedures
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Preferred: 1 year HR experience or 3 years customer service experience
