SAP CRM Consultant - W2

Remote (Onsite - alternate week, expense paid for travel)

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP CRM and a passion for delivering innovative solutions
• We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM consultant to lead our client relationships and enhance customer satisfaction
• This role focuses on providing consulting services for SAP CRM applications, analysing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support
• Experience in ABAP interfaces, Webservices, Middleware preferred
• Maintain and enhance CRM middleware, including debugging of queues and BDOCs
• Develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms related to SAP CRM
• Participate in integration efforts using IDocs, BAPIs, and Web Services (SOAP/REST)
• Perform debugging and troubleshooting within SAP CRM and connected systems
• Ensure transport requests comply with coding standards and change management procedures
• Prepare technical documentation for developed CRM objects and interfaces
• Support unit and integration testing cycles with thorough issue resolution
• Contribute to performance tuning and optimization of CRM solutions
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing with peers
