Responsibilities:
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Public Sector solutions and other Salesforce clouds, with a focus on state & local solutions.
  • Ability to design Salesforce projects, including integration with ancillary technology stacks.
  • Ability to transition Pre-sales solutions of Public Sector Solution to Delivery Phase for project team and solution engineers.
  • Serve as the technical authority for Salesforce Public Sector solutions for the project delivery.
  • Have a strong understanding of integrating with a Federated Data Architecture built on Microsoft Azure and Informatica.
  • Engage with other subject matter experts (SMEs) from Microsoft Azure solutions and Mulesoft to deliver the proposed hybrid solution.
  • Identify critical technical challenges, including integrations and usability.
