Your role in our mission
  • Plans, designs, and recommends business processes to improve and support business activities.
  • Analyzes and documents client’s business requirements and processes, communicating them through conceptual data and process models, data dictionaries, and volume estimates.
  • Creates test scenarios and develops test plans to verify that client requirements are incorporated into system design.
  • Assists in analyzing testing results throughout the project.
  • Provides input into developing and modifying systems to meet client needs and develops business specifications to support these modifications.
  • Facilitates meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.
  • Participates in technical reviews and inspections to verify intent of change throughout the project.
  • Provides time estimates for project‑related tasks.
  • Develops methods and procedures required to identify whether current business goals and objectives meet organizational needs.
  • Distributes work and guides other team members, coordinating business analyst tasks on IT projects and providing guidance and support.
  • Works independently to drive a project and serves as a subject matter expert on sub‑systems.
What we’re looking for Experience & Education
  • Minimum 6 years of Business Analysis experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of healthcare industry experience, preferably in Medicaid or Medicare.
Requirements Engineering & Analysis
  • Skilled in requirements elicitation through stakeholder interviews.
  • Experienced in requirements determination using structured techniques for documentation, analysis, evaluation, and validation.
  • Adept at decomposing high‑level information into detailed technical requirements.
  • Abstracts low‑level information into business‑relevant insights.
  • Distinguishes between stakeholder requests and actual needs.
  • Differentiates requirements from solutions.
  • Classifies and prioritizes requirements by value and feasibility.
  • Applies object‑oriented analysis with UML modeling techniques.
Process Modeling & Optimization
  • Proficient in business process modeling for current‑state and future‑state workflows.
  • Identifies transformation opportunities and process gaps.
Scope Management & Change Control
  • Skilled in defining and managing scope and client expectations.
  • Experienced with requirements traceability and change management processes.
Risk Management & Problem Solving
  • Identifies and proactively mitigates risks throughout project lifecycle.
  • Applies creative thinking to address complex business and technical challenges.
Communication & Collaboration
  • Conducts ambiguity analysis to ensure consistent understanding across users, designers, and testers.
  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Builds effective working relationships and fosters collaborative team dynamics.
