The primary role of this position is to deliver Tier II technical support and contribute to the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technology systems across the district. Serving as a bridge between Technology Technicians and District IT System Administrators, this role facilitates communication and coordination. Responsibilities include overseeing regional technology deployments, providing support and training, and assisting IT staff in identifying and addressing technology needs.
Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
