We are seeking an experienced IT Application Development Manager to lead our Application Development Functional Team and serve as a critical liaison between the business and IT. This role oversees Business Analysts, ensuring the successful delivery, enhancement, and support of General Tax Administration applications that drive organizational efficiency and innovation. The Application Development Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, delivery, quality assurance, training, and customer support associated with business processes and information systems.
Reporting to the IT Application Development Core Process Owner, you will be accountable for all aspects of planning, coordination, delivery, quality assurance, training, and customer support, ensuring operational continuity and adherence to IT Service Management (ITSM) standards.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts professionals.
- Oversee the full application development lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational standards.
- Manage resource allocation, workload balancing, hiring, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- Drive continuous improvement in application performance, usability, reliability, and security.
