Application Development Analyst; c. Advanced

Our Fortune 500 client is looking for a Oracle Application Developer on their project based out of Tallahassee, FL.

• 5+ years of experience in application development using Oracle Forms
  , Oracle APEX
  , and PL/SQL
  .
• Experience with Oracle Database development, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware components (e.g., Web Logic Server, Oracle HTTP Server).
• Experience integrating applications with enterprise financial systems such as Florida PALM and FLAIR
  .
• Knowledge of State of Florida accounting practices from a technical implementation perspective.
• Demonstrated experience ensuring PCI compliance in application development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of the Florida Accounting Information Resource (FLAIR) or Florida PALM
• Experience with Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of application and data security best practice.
• Experience working in a government or public sector environment.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or another related field or equivalent work experience.
• Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate, Oracle APEX Developer, Oracle Middleware certifications) are preferred.
