Business Analyst

The advanced business analyst is a member of a full lifecycle agile development team. They will be expected to work across multiple business units to perform business and systems analysis activities and tasks. They will provide analysis and guidance for development team activities, working directly with subject matter experts (SME) and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are thoroughly documented, work flowed, tested, and achieved.

They will be involved in and work in concert with other team members to analyze, design, implement, and test solutions.

• A minimum of five years of Business Process Analyst and systems analysis experience.
• Proficiency in process mapping/modeling with tools such as Visio.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and performing data analysis.
• Experience working with Microsoft Dev Ops (highly desired).
• Knowledge of Rules 60GG-1 – 60GG-5, Florida Administrative Code (desired).
• Knowledge of data migration.
• Knowledge of change and release management (desired).
• Knowledge of testing and quality assurance tools and techniques (desired).
• Preference for candidates with agile project experience and use of Azure Dev Ops to manage user requirements and backlogs; CBAP or CSM highly desired.

Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
