• Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems Degree, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience developing Microsoft ASP.NET web applications.
• Experience with C#. Net, MVC, ASP.NET 4.XX, OOPS, Webservices, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with Azure services and application development on Azure.
• Familiarity with Dot Net core application development.
• Experience in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with Share Point Workflows.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server;
  Creating and Writing Stored Procedures.
• Experience with batch processing and data loading.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services 2017 and above.
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Experience testing custom applications, reports, large data sets, or dashboards.
• Producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, testing.
• Experience working with development teams on large enterprise projects.

• Assists in developing specifications as well as overall planning and management of projects.
• Meets with leadership to provide status reports on a weekly basis and provides monthly written reports which will include accomplishments, areas of concern, and recommended solutions.
• Communicate project progress and information to team, sponsor, stakeholders, and legislative body as appropriate.
• Ensures technical direction and standards are being followed.
• Assures that project documentation includes the project plans, budgets, risk plans, communication plans, change control logs, and reports.
• Demonstrates an understanding of tactical goals and effectively participates in the development and implementation of business solutions.
• Manages change control within the projects.
• Obtains sponsor approval for changes to scope, budget, and schedule that affect the critical path.
• Written documentation showing testing and verification of modifications to ensure that objectives are met.
