Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems Degree, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience developing Microsoft ASP.NET web applications.
- Experience with C#. Net, MVC, ASP.NET 4.XX, OOPS, Webservices, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with Azure services and application development on Azure.
- Familiarity with Dot Net core application development.
- Experience in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with Share Point Workflows.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server;
Creating and Writing Stored Procedures. - Experience with batch processing and data loading.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services 2017 and above.
- Experience with SQL Server Integration Services.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint.
- Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Experience testing custom applications, reports, large data sets, or dashboards.
- Producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, testing.
- Experience working with development teams on large enterprise projects.
- Assists in developing specifications as well as overall planning and management of projects.
- Meets with leadership to provide status reports on a weekly basis and provides monthly written reports which will include accomplishments, areas of concern, and recommended solutions.
- Communicate project progress and information to team, sponsor, stakeholders, and legislative body as appropriate.
- Ensures technical direction and standards are being followed.
- Assures that project documentation includes the project plans, budgets, risk plans, communication plans, change control logs, and reports.
- Demonstrates an understanding of tactical goals and effectively participates in the development and implementation of business solutions.
- Manages change control within the projects.
- Obtains sponsor approval for changes to scope, budget, and schedule that affect the critical path.
- Written documentation showing testing and verification of modifications to ensure that objectives are met.
