Position Title: QA Analyst (Onsite)

• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans for ERP financial systems
• Create, manage, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) suites aligned to business requirements

• 3-5+ years QA testing experience
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, ideally Oracle People Soft
• Experience working within Service Now (testing and/or workflow utilization)
• Experience creating test documentation including test plans, UAT test suites, and requirements translation
• Experience with test automation inside ERP systems (People Soft preferred)
• Experience with test automation within Service Now
• Proficiency with Tricentis Tosca
• Strong technical writing skills
• Exceptional communication skills
