Job Overview
The scope includes serving as a liaison between business owners, contract managers, and the development team. Responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, translating information from meetings and written materials into mock-ups, process models, and process flow models, meeting with stakeholders to discuss business processes, translating high-level business requirements into functional specifications, and assisting with creating process flow models and documentation.
The candidate will complete a series of tasks required for the application modernization project and the maintenance of core applications.
Pay Range: $55.48hr - $60.48hr
Job Overview

Responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, translating information from meetings and written materials into mock-ups, process models, and process flow models, meeting with stakeholders to discuss business processes, translating high-level business requirements into functional specifications, and assisting with creating process flow models and documentation.
The candidate will complete a series of tasks required for the application modernization project and the maintenance of core applications.
Preference

- Preference will be given to candidates with intimate knowledge of the Automated Nutrition System Application.
- Preference will be given to candidates with intimate knowledge of the Admin Review Application (AR).
To accomplish the work outlined, the organization requires an experienced business analyst with the following skills and experience. Technical skills, written and verbal communication, and experience will be the basis for evaluation.
- Minimum of a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 7 years of IT business/industry work experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience performing business analysis on IT projects.
- Minimum 7 years of experience with Agile Software Development methodologies.
- Minimum 7 years of experience with Requirements Gathering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS).
- Minimum 7 years of experience conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Minimum 7 years of experience designing, maintaining, and scaling custom automated testing frameworks from scratch (e.g., using Page Object Model).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in automation testing: designing, writing, and executing automation test scripts using a variety of tools (Selenium or similar) to verify system functionality and find software bugs.
- Minimum 7 years of experience generating automation scripts and updating existing scripts to align with ongoing UI shifts and new feature deployments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in REST API and Microservices testing: executing endpoint validation, contract checks, and payload verification using Insomnia, Postman, or similar API tools.
- Minimum 7 years of experience translating functional specifications into technical specifications from which programmers can construct the solution.
- Minimum 7 years of experience translating business requirements into use cases/user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Minimum 7 years of experience translating information from meetings and written materials into mock-ups, process models, and/or process flow models.
- Minimum 7 years of experience creating technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Minimum 7 years of experience collaborating with QA teams, coordinating UAT schedules, conducting UAT sessions, and guiding business testers through workflows.
- Minimum 7 years of experience with process model diagram tools, such as Microsoft Visio.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manual testing: validating system functionality by authoring test scenarios and executing manual checks against business requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing.
