MES Service Company, LLC is seeking a curious, resourceful, and technically capable Junior AI Solutions Analyst to help develop and implement artificial intelligence tools and processes across the organization. This is an early-career role for someone who is excited about applying emerging technologies to real business challenges.

The Junior AI Solutions Analyst will work with business and functional teams to understand existing workflows, identify opportunities for automation and improvement, and help build practical AI-enabled solutions. The role will also support testing, documentation, training, and the responsible adoption of AI tools throughout MES.

This position is based in Miami, Florida.

• Partner with employees and business leaders to understand workflows, recurring challenges, and opportunities to use AI or automation.
• Assist in designing, building, testing, and deploying internal AI tools, applications, agents, and automated workflows.
• Develop prototypes and proofs of concept demonstrating how AI can improve productivity, decision-making, customer service, or operational performance.
• Help integrate AI solutions with existing business systems, data sources, and applications.
• Create and refine prompts, instructions, knowledge bases, and workflow logic for generative AI tools.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, reliability, consistency, and business usefulness.
• Support the testing and quality assurance of new tools before broader implementation.
• Monitor the performance and adoption of deployed solutions and recommend improvements.
• Document system requirements, workflows, testing results, operating procedures, and user instructions.
• Develop training materials and provide hands‑on support to employees using new AI tools.
• Research emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications relevant to MES.
• Support efforts to establish responsible AI practices, including the appropriate treatment of confidential information, data privacy, security, human review, and access controls.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, finance, human resources, legal, sales, sourcing, and other teams on cross‑functional projects.
• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
