Systems Analyst

Contract: 12-Months (No C2C or Third-Party Vendors)

Location: Tallahassee, Florida (5 days, onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications supporting complex financial business processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in SQL databases, application development, and systems analysis, along with proven experience leading development initiatives, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a lead developer or development manager.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with development technologies, including Azure SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar relational databases.
• Strong knowledge of relational database concepts, SQL development, and software applications supporting complex financial business processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, .NET technologies, and ORM frameworks, including Entity Framework and NHibernate, preferred.
• Strong systems analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, technical leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable enterprise applications supporting complex financial business processes.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to coding standards, quality assurance, and deployment best practices.
• Analyze business requirements, troubleshoot complex application issues, and develop effective technical solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, quality assurance teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and integration.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including application design, technology roadmaps, process standardization, and development methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams, maintain documentation, and evaluate emerging technologies and best practices to enhance software solutions.
