Location: Tallahassee
This Systems Project Analyst position within the Department of Health provides operational and system support for information technology systems, including the Medical Use Registry and Seed-to-Sale data system. The role involves designing, planning, and implementing systems; conducting user acceptance testing; documenting bugs; analyzing business needs; and providing end-user technical assistance to ensure efficient operation of compliance and licensing information systems.
Key qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years professional experience in creating requirement documents and UAT scripts for online systems
- Experience with systems analysis, data query languages (SQL, QLIK, Crystal Reporting), and API technology/Postman
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to conduct fact-finding research, utilize problem-solving techniques, and work independently
- Valid Driver's License and successful background investigation/fingerprinting required
