Location: Tallahassee
The Criminal Justice Information Analyst II conducts research of criminal justice information under the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements. The position monitors Computerized Criminal History workflow, analyzes legal documents for record expunction/sealing, and provides service to local, state, and federal agencies while maintaining data security and integrity. This role requires maintaining NCIC/FCIC certification.
Keyqualifications:
- Knowledge of criminal justice system and data collection methods
- Ability to analyze and interpret legal documents and criminal history information
- Proficiency with computers and office equipment
- Strong communication and independent work skills
- Ability to monitor criminal justice information activities and manage caseloads
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
