We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Manufacturing Quality and QMS expertise to support a global QMS transformation program.

Job Title - QMS Manufacturing Quality Business Analyst

Job Location - Palm Beach, FL [Onsite Work]

Duration - 12 Months contract

Mandatory Skills : BI Solutions Architecture

Key Skills:

• 5–10 years of Business Analysis experience
• 5+ years across Manufacturing Quality, QMS, PLM, ERP or enterprise workflow programs
• Requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria and traceability
• UAT, functional specifications and business process documentation
• Data migration and integration requirements
• Strong knowledge of CAPA, NCR, APQP/PPAP, SPC, Supplier Quality, Audits, Document Control, 8D/RCA, Gage Management, Complaints and Warranty
• Understanding of ISO 9001
• Experience supporting global stakeholders and Agile delivery teams
• Role:
  Lead requirements and process workshops, translate Quality processes into sprint-ready requirements, maintain end-to-end traceability, and support design, development, testing, deployment and business acceptance of QMS capabilities.
