IT Help Desk Technician We are seeking an IT Help Desk Technician with database and networking experience to provide technical support and help maintain reliable day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Assist users with computer setup, account access, email, and other technical needs.
- Install, configure, and update computers, software, printers, and related equipment.
- Support database systems and troubleshoot basic database-related issues.
- Assist with network maintenance, including routers, switches, and wireless connections.
- Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues and follow up to ensure they are resolved.
- Previous IT help desk or technical support experience.
- Hands-on experience with databases and computer networking required.
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple support requests and explain technical information clearly.
- Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
