We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Estimator to support the digital transformation of our Engineering & Construction estimating organization. The ideal candidate will help improve business processes through technology, data, automation, and AI.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with estimators to understand existing processes, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable technical requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement digital solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, workflow automation, and data centralization.
- Support solution testing, validation, deployment, and rollout.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong business analysis, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business teams and technical developers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Interest or experience in technology, data, automation, and AI.
- Experience in estimating, engineering, construction, technology, or product management is a plus.
