Personal Injury Paralegal - Property Damage Expert

Our Pre Litigation team is a critical part of that mission, and we’re seeking to expand the support they provide clients with property damage and diminution of value claims.
We’re searching for the perfect person to handle clients' property damage and diminution of value, and our ideal candidate will either have:
- Experience as a property damage insurance adjuster (with the ability to transition into plaintiff‑focused work)

Compensation: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience. Applicants with 3‑5 years of experience as an Insurance Adjuster are preferred.
Responsibilities- Manage and negotiate property damage claims for clients, assisting with rental cars, vehicle repairs, total loss valuations, and diminished value claims.
- Communicate directly with insurance companies, repair shops, and rental agencies to ensure claims are resolved efficiently and fairly.
- Work closely with the Pre Litigation Case Managers, Case Openers, and Attorneys in moving cases forward.
- Provide consistent client communication, keeping clients updated on claim progress and outcomes.
- Review insurance policies and coverage to identify opportunities for recovery.
- Maintain accurate records and case documentation in our firm’s case management system (Filevine).
- 3+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal or prior role as an insurance adjuster handling property damage claims.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
- Knowledge of auto insurance policies, coverage, and claims processes.
- Organized and detail‑oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Tech‑savvy, with proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Client‑focused mindset with compassion and professionalism in all interactions.
- Hungry for experience, ambitious, and self‑directed — someone who takes initiative, thrives under pressure, and is not afraid to be assertive in advocating for clients.
