Claims Investigator - Experienced

Job Summary

Seeking experienced investigators with commercial or personal lines experience, with multi‑lines preferred to include AOE/COE, Auto, and Homeowners. SIU experience is highly desired, but not required. We are seeking individuals who possess proven investigative skill sets within the industry, as well as honesty, integrity, self‑reliance, resourcefulness, independence, and discipline. Good time management skills are a must. Must have reliable transportation, digital recorder and digital camera.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, taking in‑person recorded statements, scene photos, writing a detailed, comprehensive report, client communications, as well as meeting strict due dates on all assignments. • AOE/COE, Auto, or Homeowners investigations
• Writing accurate, detailed reports
• Strong initiative, integrity, and work ethic
• Securing written/recorded statements
• Accident scene investigations
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
• Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Word and Outlook

This position requires a span of 5‑10 years of experience working as a SIU/Insurance Investigator.
