• Manage a substantial book of renewal business and handle new and renewal account tasks.
• Prioritize tasks to deliver work quickly and at high quality.
• Own processes, tasks, and issues from start to finish.
• Produce error‑free work and embrace constructive criticism.
• Instill a sense of urgency in self and others.
• Self‑starter with initiative; confidently manage time and workload.
• Build trust through transparent practices and honest communication.
• Be decisive but flexible when needed.

• Property & Casualty License required or agreement to obtain within 3–6 months.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
• Self‑motivated, driven, and able to meet deadlines with urgency.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
