Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time Associate Attorney position at Max Factor Law. The Associate will manage a caseload of family law matters, including paternity, child custody, alimony, and child support. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, participating in mediation sessions, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements. This on‑site role is located in Tallahassee, FL.

- Maintain organized case files and meet deadlines.
- Experience in family law, including paternity, child custody, alimony, and child support cases.
- Skills in drafting legal documents and court orders.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
