About the Role: On Call Counsel is seeking a highly skilled Complex Litigation Attorney to join a prestigious and growing law firm based in White Plains, NY
. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional with a strong background in business litigation to join a dynamic legal team handling sophisticated and high-stakes cases.

• Represent clients in all phases of complex commercial litigation, from pre-trial through trial and appeal
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
• Conduct legal research, depositions, and discovery
• Attend court appearances and argue motions
• Manage and develop client relationships
• Work closely with partners and other attorneys to develop litigation strategies

• 5–8 years of experience in complex litigation
  , with a focus on business or commercial matters
• Admission to the New York State Bar is required; additional bar admissions are a plus
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to client service
