Construction Litigation Associate - Sarasota

Ball Janik LLP is seeking a skilled construction litigation associate with at least 3-5 years' experience for its construction defect team located in Sarasota, Florida. Qualified applicants must be hard working, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as, exceptional organizational, time management and leadership skills. Strong academic credentials and admission to the Florida State Bar are required. A background in litigation including courtroom advocacy is preferred.
