position: law clerk/senior law clerk for judge raymond f. Treadwell, for a one-year or two-year term beginning on or about august 16, 2027.

salary: law clerks are paid according to the florida state court system appellate law clerk pay plan, which currently provides as follows.

• entry level law clerk - $69,238.80
• senior law clerk (at least 2 years of legal experience) - $78,519.84

graduation from an accredited law school. Strong academic credentials required. Law journal, moot court, or litigation experience preferred.

• excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• general knowledge of legal principles and court rules.
• ability to comprehend and analyze complicated factual matters with attention to details.
• ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts.
• ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, impartiality, and honesty in handling matters before the court.
• ability to work cooperatively with judges and court staff.
