The State of Florida Department of Management Services (DMS), Office of General Counsel, seeks a Managing Attorney for the Employee Benefits (Retirement) Practice Group in Tallahassee. This role reports to the Deputy General Counsel and supervises three senior attorneys who support the Division of Retirement.
The attorney will manage all litigation and advisory requests, conduct rule making and legislative analyses, and serve as a Hearing Officer for informal hearings.
