Procurement Specialist – Manufacturing & MRO

Adecco is hiring a Procurement Specialist to support manufacturing and MRO operations in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll be responsible for sourcing parts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support production.

• Issue purchase orders and ensure proper documentation
• Procure parts for customer units and ensure FAA traceability
• Monitor and expedite orders using ERP systems
• Communicate delivery status to internal teams
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities through global sourcing
• Manage inventory levels and supplier portals (SAP)
• Coordinate claims, warranties, and supplier communications
• Maintain procurement metrics and KPIs
• Resolve material discrepancies and support supply chain operations

• Bachelor’s degree + 3 years in supply chain (or 5+ years experience without a degree)
• ERP system experience (SAP preferred)
• Strong problem‑solving and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and service orientation
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

80% stationary, 20% mobility

Office and production floor setting

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
