Supply Chain Specialist , NA

The role supports Nike Direct launches, new store openings, remodels, brand activations, pop-ups, and other key consumer moments across North America. It manages product flow execution from order creation through fulfilment, shipment, and delivery, serving as a key connection point between business partners, merchandising, allocations, transportation, distribution centres, and store teams. The specialist partners closely with teams across Marketplace Supply Chain, Nike Direct, Merchandising, Allocations, Store Development, Transportation, Marketplace Operations, Distribution Centres, and retail partners to drive successful project execution.

• Manage product flow execution from order creation through fulfilment, shipment, and delivery.
• Manage order flow and monitor execution through fulfilment and delivery.
• Coordinate shipping and routing instructions with distribution centres and transportation partners.
• Track project milestones, risks, and launch readiness activities.
• Maintain accurate project reporting and status updates through Airtable and other business tools.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders and elevate risks that could impact project success.
• Support store openings, remodels, expansions, conversions, closures, product launches, activations, and brand moments across North America.
• Serve as a key connection point between business partners, merchandising, allocations, transportation, distribution centres, and store teams to ensure product arrives in the right place at the right time.
• Partner closely with teams across Marketplace Supply Chain, Nike Direct, Merchandising, Allocations, Store Development, Transportation, Marketplace Operations, Distribution Centres, and retail partners to drive successful project execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, Retail Management, or a related field; will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, retail operations, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse and organise data.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Experience collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and anticipate risks, propose solutions, and drive execution independently to help ensure the right product reaches the right location at the right time.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive approach.
• Demonstrated ownership, proactive communication, sound judgment, operational excellence, and ability to build trust with partners while delivering consistent execution across launches, store projects, and brand moments.

• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems.
• Experience with Airtable, Tableau, Thought Spot, or other reporting and workflow tools.
• Retail, fulfilment, distribution centre, or Nike Direct experience.
• Experience supporting launches, store projects, events, activations, or cross-functional initiatives.
