Overview
Multi Facility Environment / Magnet Facility. Three facilities currently, with a fourth facility in development and two freestanding ERs.
Responsibilities- Oversee a team of 5, including 3 Coordinators and 2 Liaisons with JD contract lawyers.
- Lead in a fast-paced, ever-changing department and communicate effectively with all departments and staff.
- Mentor, develop, coach, and foster a collaborative environment.
- Hospital and Physicians experience.
- Independent negotiation experience with large payors.
- Experience with credentialing.
- Strong pay relations and contracts experience.
- Director level experience (5+ years).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with cross-department communication.
- Experience with Epic conversions.
