Columbia Residential is seeking an experienced Community Service Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations and support our team of service technicians, grounds staff, and housekeepers in the Tallahassee, Florida area.

• Coordinate service orders, including turnkey operations, move‑ins, and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work orders and property repairs.
• Provide guidance to community management staff on maintenance‑related issues.
• Supervise, train, and mentor service technicians, grounds staff, and housekeepers.
• Resolve complex maintenance work‑order issues.
• Hands‑on participation in completing work orders.
• Identify areas needing improvement and make recommendations.
• Handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Follow up on service requests to ensure highest‑quality customer satisfaction.
• Perform various tasks related to maintenance operations.
• Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Minimum 5 years supervising experience in multi‑site property management.
• Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• HVAC certification.
