- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Civil Project Management
- A self-starting, energetic, positive attitude geared towards effective problem solving and solution-based decisions.
- Willingness to teach and learn with others every day.
- Exceptional Organizational Skills
- Basic to Intermediate Computer Skills
- Preferred: A degree in construction management or engineering
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, schedules, resource allocations and procurement strategies.
- Coordinate and oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.
- Evaluate and select vendors and subcontractors based on qualifications, experience and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on project status to Senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements, prioritizing a safe working environment for all team members.
- Manage construction project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings and change orders.
- Conduct regular meetings to facilitate communication, address challenges and to meet project objectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including milestones, budget updates, and any significant developments or risks.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Carry out thorough project evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary corrective measures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Excellent Writing, Verbal and communication skills are essential
- Well-developed time management skills to balance the demands of multiple complex projects
- Skilled in Project scheduling and logistics

Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, EIT required or FL PE license highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience as a Project manager in the Civil Engineering Field required
- Master Planned Community development experience preferred
