CBRE - Tallahassee, FL - Sustainability Project Manager

CBRE is seeking a Program Manager to oversee sustainability-related project planning, management, and execution activities for the Worldwide Real Estate (WWRE) team. The primary focus will be on the WWRE Net Zero Carbon (NZC) and Onsite Renewable Energy (RE) programs, which aim to reduce carbon emissions across CBRE’s global operations to support the Climate Pledge goal of achieving NZC by 2040.

Key responsibilities include:

Visualizing and dashboarding key metrics to create a single source of truth.

Initiating and facilitating major project kick-offs and driving execution until completion and handoff.

Following up on project line items and milestone-level delays.

Coordinating with stakeholders such as Sustainability Operations, Construction, Design & Engineering, Worldwide Sustainability, and Finance.

Reporting regular project updates to Program Leads and escalating milestone-level issues as needed.

This is a permanent, full-time position.
